World famous PC monitor manufacturer Viewsonic announcing digital photo frame products DPG801BK and DPG807K. The two 8 inches in size photo frames comes with on-screen menus and touch-activated control button for easy navigation. Implementing the SwifTouch technology the frame's menus only shown on screen when you need to use it, as Jeff Volpe the vice president of Global Brand and Emerging Business of Viewsonic said.
Image file types supported are .JPEG and .BMP and they can play audio MP3 files as well. The DPG807BK can play .MPEG4 and .MPEG1 video files as well as motion JPEG. DPG801BK only can display Motion JPEG. Resolution is at satisfying rate of 800x600. Contrast ratio and aspect ratio are 500:1 and 4:3 respectively. Prices are around $129 for both digital photo frames.
