Fujitsu Launched MJA2 BH SATA Drives

New hard drives MJA2 BH and MJA2 CH by Fujitsu with capacity 500GB is promised to use 1,4 watts of power, which is 53% less than its predecessor models. The thinner drive is only 2.5 inches wide and 9.5mm in height. It implements the 5400rpm Serial ATA (SATA) technology with only using two internal 250GB storage plates compared to three platters in former hard drive models. Fujitsu MJA2 BH is a standard laptop-size hard drive whereas MJA2 CH has a feature to so data-encryption on the disk fully implementing the Advanced Encryption Standard 256-bit.
